Our team prepares your order for dispatch within 24 to 72 business hours.

Once shipped, your parcel usually arrives within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hey@trysoely.com with the subject line "Order cancellation".

Cancellation is possible as long as your order hasn't been prepared or shipped. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, it can unfortunately no longer be cancelled.

Our team will handle your request as quickly as possible.

To return a product, simply contact us at: hey@trysoely.comso we can log your request and send you a return label. Once you receive it, you have 14 days to send the product back to us.

• A return shipping fee of NZ$7.50 applies and will be deducted from your refund.

The product must be undamaged, unused (or only tried) and in the same condition in which you received it. Only returns that have been requested in advance will be accepted.
